Ge Wall Oven Faceplate
Genuine Ge part
By: Ge
Part Number: WB27T11233

The Wall Oven Faceplate is an OEM component for GE wall ovens. It provides the outer facade and aesthetic front panel for the oven. The faceplate is responsible for protecting internal components while allowing easy access to the oven cavity.

Symptoms of a bad wall oven faceplate include:

  • Cracks, chips, or broken areas in the material
  • Looseness or inability to securely mount onto the oven
  • Gaps that allow visibility into or access to internal workings
  • Issues opening or closing the oven door due to alignment problems

This GE replacement part is also compatible with Hotpoint, RCA, and some Kenmore models.

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Oven touchpad peeling apart and looks bad but still functional   Dennis M. • Florence , OR • April 18, 2023

I ordered the three parts listed and now my oven is beautiful, functional and like new again. Obviously the original design was flawed and the new design works perfectly and looks great! The whole repair cost was about $328 with shipping included. The parts were here in just a few days, about 2 to 4 days (some in two days, one in 4 days). Much cheaper and easier than replacing the... Read more

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You The kitchen timer button was broken.   Robert F. • Waynesboro , VA • May 09, 2021

Ordered a new Oven Control unit and an Overlay (ours was punctured in a few places -- old and brittle). Opened the stovetop and removed some screws from the front control panel area. Followed the advice from Appliance Parts Pros' video to take a photo of the locations of all the connections on the old panel before removal -- that was an instrumental step to the success of this project! The whole job took just over an hour. Now the over controls and timers work like new -- because they are!... Read more
