I determined that it was a problem that occurred during the defrost cycle by resetting the GFCI outlet and forwarding the defrost timer until the defroster came on. Simply open the top of the washer by inserting a putty knife (watch YouTube ) and then the front panel by removing two bottom philips head screws on the front. The whole front panel comes right off. Using pliers the spring clams holding each hose, they come off and each hose is replaced. The drain one was only leaking but since it has open I changed both and even the drive belt. The seal at the bottom of the tub had started to fail. On large loads water would leak so I ordered a new one rubber seal. Getting the trunnion off the transmission shaft was hard as it was calcified and corroded. I used a wire brush to get some of it off and then used a lot of WD-40. The bolt holding the trunnion plate on sheared off when I tried to remove it on one side and the other came out ok (the bolt hole through the trunnion is not threaded so it should slide out once the plate is off... Following the great video on the site, I pulled the motor off and was about to put the o-rings on when I noticed there was rust on the motor shaft. Very close inspection showed the o-rings were still good. Not having time to order a motor, and a local store was having a sale, I replaced the whole unit. Read more

Removed the lower hinge and repaired it, It was bent, allowing the bottom of door to rub on the inside of refrigerator. With the parts purchased along with the repair made to the hinge. The door now works as it should. Read more

Dishwasher worked fine except the top rack would keep coming off the rails, could see the rollers needed replacement. Washer is 10 years old, and in that time the rollers had become brittle and broken. At first tried to use old screw and washer, but washer was impossible to remove from screw as I have hard water and the calcium deposits seemingly cemented it. Read the reviews on your site and watched your video and decided it was worth a try to fix rather than to replace stove. Ordered the igniter for the oven then I also ordered the igniter for the broiler as it was sluggish as well. When you go, go all the way. Only problem I had was with the wire nuts, wish that something more substantial was provided. Got the stuff quickly, as promised and installed as per video and oven and broiler work like new. Pulled front cover off of dryer and back plate to get belt on. Remember to always shut breaker off to machine and test to make sure no electricity is running to it. Pretty simple. I also replaced the seal to the air duct where the lint filter sits since I had to take the front the off anyway. About 1 hr of time to complete and I'll be 60 years old this month.
