This is a drip pan kit designed to collect condensation and defrost water from the evaporator section of the refrigerator. It sits beneath the evaporator coils to channel water toward the drain system. Replaced the freezer defroster drip pan. I first removed the Ice maker. It has t 1/4" head screws located under the ice maker. The I lifted the ice maker a bit and pulled it out approx 4". That allowed me to get my hand behind it so it could be unplugged. There are 2 retaining locks-tabs the need to be squeezed. Found the retaining clip on the parts list. Watched the videos to figure out how the upper arm attaches. Tried cleaning out the terribly clogged upper arm. Then looked at the lower wash arm--WOW! Talk about ugly clogs! Watched second video to see how that lower arm comes off.
