2 broken "wheel and mount assemblies" (same side) and a few misc upper basket plastic part were broken Michael B. • Wellington , FL • December 29, 2015
With the basket out of the dishwasher, the plastic parts basically snap on and off... popped the broken parts off and the new parts on. I just pulled the dishwasher out of its cabinet a little over a foot and removed the 2 screws holding each assembly in place and removed them. The previous gaskets (2 PER ASSEMBLY)...

I had a leaky door gasket on my washer. Gillis B. • Pasedena , CA • May 30, 2023
First I watched the very, very helpful video (twice), then I planned out the job in regards to tools, work area, and access. I have stacked units of washer/dryer due to space restrictions and had to ask my son-in-law to help me lift the dryer of the washer once I had prepared the process by fabricating 2 pieces of 3/4" plywood to turn the dryer and then slide it out far enough were 2 people can lift it and then set it on some cribbing for easy handling. Disconnected the power, turned off the...

No power to start dishwasher Joe M. • Knoxville , TN • April 17, 2020
Checked circuit breaker to d/w first. Good. Went to website to see no power issues. Most all of them mentioned the noise filter being the problem. Removed filter from machine and found the corner melted where fuse is located. Ordered new filter, installed, and now have power to switches. All the information I found on the website really made this a easy job to get done.

Relocation of front load washing machine missing transportation bolts. Timothy J K. • Warners , NY • April 22, 2019

Representative really took the time to make sure we had the right bolts. That was important to me...no matter how long it took! The bolts arrived the next day as promised...I had to expedite them due to time limitations. They worked liked a charm and I have run the washer without missing a beat! thanks soooo much!

Loud noise during the spin cycle Greg H. • Londonderry , NH • June 20, 2017
My first step after realizing the loud noise came from the main bearing of our LG washer was to order the necessary parts for the repair that A.P.P. recommends. Using Appliance PartsPros.com as my main source for parts and video I began by watching Mitch repair a washer similar to ours. Mitch made it look easy enough and being a repair person myself I thought ok no issue here. So, following A.P.P's suggestions I ordered all the parts and added the main door gasket and spider. Ended up at this site by doing a Google search, and did an on-line chat to see if they could help. I had no idea what the legs would look like, but the rep I talked to was VERY helpful and we narrowed it down to the ones I eventually purchased. Received them in a couple of days and they fit!! I was so excited - it couldn't have worked out better. Thank you so much!!
