Simple, did some research via "Google". Typed in the model and make of the unit, typed in the problem and the search results led me to a "youtube" video of what my problem could be. Additional searches confirmed my suspicions, I ordered the part which arrived a few day's later, installed it and now we are making ice. I got online to see what might be wrong with my unit and then see what parts were recommended to repair the problem. I found this site and ordered two parts a piston and nut assembly and a check valve if the piston and nut did not fix my problem. Once I received my parts I installed the piston and nut assembly first and that was all I needed to make it drain prperly.
