Ordered tracks and adjusters via chat. Adjusters were not needed so I returned them. The repair was very easy. Had to slide out the dishwasher and remove four screws holding each track. Installed new tracks and put dishwasher back in place. Read more

Replaced the faceplate/circuit board with a new one. This is the second time I’ve had to do it to this dishwasher in 11 years. It’s always the faceplate stops working. Just requires a T15 TORX bit and a few minutes. Read more

New upper dish rack. At 15 years old, the dishwasher is going strong but inevitable wear and tear ruined the dish rack. The video on the website is not specific to my model but I'm a little handy and was able to figure it out. If I had to do it again, I'd rate the difficulty as a 1, much of the time spent was figuring out how to push all the little plastic lock tabs and switching the rollers and upper water jet assembly from one rack to the other. I called AppliancePartsPros, talked to a technician to validate problem, ordered part. I had a great talk with the technician. Told him I have electrical engineering experience, used to fix pinball machines and that the pinballs and home appliances were the same design, i.e. inductor in series with a switch across the hot lines. I discovered that the water inlet manifold was cracked. Installed the new part which greatly improved the issue but was not completely resolved. Upon further inspection it looked like the arm bearing had seen better days so, since the machine is ten years old I opted to replace the rest of the assembly. Our dishwasher quit working again for the 3rd time recently. We researched on You Tube for similar issue, and possible fixes. We had power to the overlay so we ruled out a thermal fuse as most possible problem. Some mode lights would come on when pushed. Tried a self diagnosis test-nothing. Reset circuit breaker-nothing.
