I had ordered several parts from Appliance Pros and installed parts that did not solve the problem. Return the parts and was going to give up. Called Appliance Pros Tech and she suggested that I try installing a User Interface Board. She sent me the new board and problem solved. Dishwasher working like new. Read more

I watched the appliancepartspros.com video to make sure I had identified the right part before I ordered it. After receiving the part, it was easy — the part itself twisted off without tools (pliers were helpful to remove and reattach the drain hose), and I was able to complete the repair without pulling the dishwasher out from under the counter. 4 Torx screws on the panel at top seen when door open. This is an important repair, though it would have been easier to leave as it was. The control or selection panel is right on the front and is stressed each time you open it. If you feel the front panel is flexing more than it should, check this piece for broken tabs and replace if gone. Read more

Ordered tracks and adjusters via chat. Adjusters were not needed so I returned them. The repair was very easy. Had to slide out the dishwasher and remove four screws holding each track. Installed new tracks and put dishwasher back in place. Read more

Ordered front panel and panel control. Also ordered name plate (did not need) front panel already has it. My husband and I had it switched out in approx 10 minutes. Took longer to gather proper tools than it did to do the repair. Looks awesome and original! Read more

Had to unscrew the axel bolt & remove broken plastic wheel & replace it with the new plastic wheel. Easy fix. Then install newly repaired dish washer. Read more

I turned off power and unplugged the touch panel ribbon cable. After restoring power and closing the dishwasher, it started running a drain cycle--this suggested the issue was the touch panel. Replacing the panel was pretty simple. Remove 6 screws (need a torx) bit, unplug the ribbon cable, take off the control board and the handle, and then reattach the new touch panel.
