Checked the three door switches; used ohm meter to see if there was resistance or if a switch was bad. 2 out of 3 switches showed resistance with the ohm meter. The last one tested (of course the last one) NO (normally open) did not show resistance; I.e. the ohm meter reading did not change when the switch was depressed. First, I just unscrewed all nuts that are holding the frame and all surface elements. Once all parts, surface elements, control switches, are loose from the original glass, I just moved all parts to the new glass. Toughest part was remembering how to disengage cooktop from down draft blower and then pulling the cook top up in within it's opening.
