Replaced both primary and secondary water valves to make sure I fixed the problem. Both valves have to open when you function the water dispenser and when the ice maker tray needs refilling. YouTube video was a great help and let me know that I had to lengthen one hose. The video showed me the exact parts I needed to lengthen the hose. Removed water catcher, then 4 screws in water/ice vault in door, then removed screws on door side (5) top (2) and bottom (2). Removed stainless door skin. We had a sears tech come out and "inspect" our freezer - he said it was one of the 2 vales behind the fridge that needed to be replaced.
