The Terminal Block is an OEM part for Whirlpool ranges. It serves as a crucial connection point for the range’s electrical wiring, ensuring a safe and reliable transfer of power to the appliance.
Over time, terminal blocks can deteriorate
I determined the hidden bake element below the oven cavity was not working, because the bottom of the oven was cold during normal use. If you have a built-in microwave + oven combination (mine is KitchenAid Model No. KEMS308SSS05), this is a difficult repair. The engineer who designed this oven should be invited to succeed elsewhere. It is impossible to access the bake element from the inside of the oven, so the How To video associated with this part will not help you. I had to remove the... Read more
Fix an oven that won't heat with this bake element kit. Simple plug-in installation takes about 20 minutes. Includes element and mounting hardware.
The top part of our double wall oven quit working a couple years ago. We asked an appliance repair guy if he could find a replacement heating element and after a few days, he told us he couldn't. We switched to using the bottom and recently I started looking to purchase a new oven. On a whim, I decided to check the Interwebs and found several sites claiming to have the part that the appliance repair guy said didn't exist. I ordered from Appliance Parts Pros and a few days later the... Read more
Burner won't heat or heats unevenly? This 6 inch surface element restores consistent cooking temperatures. Simple plug-in replacement takes minutes.
Personally I have experience working with electricity and knowing if I bought the part required this would be an easy fix. I got my model number and contacted Appliance Parts Pros and placed my order for the new elements, terminal blocks, and for appearance purposes 4 new Drip Pans. Excellent service and quick shipping. I ordered my parts on Sunday and received them on Tuesday. This was a simple repair that only required a screwdriver to remove the old terminal block from the range hood, wire... Read more

Oven not heating properly or showing F3 error? The temperature sensor likely failed. Simple DIY fix—unplug, remove 2 screws, replace sensor.
Online videos made this seem an easy fix. I unplugged the oven and removed the rear panel, then found where the temp sensor entered the oven. I unplugged the sensor's electric connector. Unlike the videos, this sensor screwed in from the inside of the oven, so I had to remove the 2 screws inside the oven which hold the sensor in place. Then I pulled the sensor out, careful not to tear the insulation with the wires and connector. Then I just pushed the new connector through the same hole and... Read more
Dryer won't start or stops heating? This thermostat and thermal fuse kit fixes no-heat and no-power issues. Easy 30-minute repair with video guide.
I posted the following on the Facebook page ; SOoooo my 10 year old clothes dryer stopped and like almost everyone else I just figured it's shot, burned up, gotta get a new one. Well, due to a few bumps in the road I cannot afford another problem. My 2 vehicles are not running and with one being in the shop for 3 weeks and not being able to afford a rental car anymore this dryer was another headache. It sat for weeks and laundry started piling up. While looking online for sales somehow I... Read more

Oven not heating or heating slowly? The bake element at the bottom of your oven cavity supplies heat for baking. Simple 2-screw, 2-wire repair.
I'm a 66 year old woman (on a fixed income) and I'd never before repaired an oven bake element . My stove is 20 years old but I still found it was much more affordable to change the bake element rather than buying a new stove. I called the number on the website and talked to a very informative woman. She answered all the questions I had about my stove. She told me about the repair video on the website which had step-by-step instructions. I ordered a new element - received it within 4 days.... Read more

Dryer not heating or taking multiple cycles to dry? This heating element kit restores heat generation. DIY-friendly repair, typically done in minutes.
I had to pop the lid up from the front with a screw driver, and behind the element was a metal piece, a heat shield, that had two screws that had to be removed from the back. The little part with the blue round tag (part of the kit that came with the element) was easily removed with one screw. Likewise, the element had a single longer screw holding it in on the right, and on the left a little rod was sticking through a hole in the metal, and you can merely move it to the side and up the slot,... I removed the front panel of the dryer and the metal cover over the blower wheel. Removed the lock ring and clamp. Removed the old wheel and placed the new wheel on the shaft. I thoroughly cleaned all the lint around the area and inside the front cover. I resealed the metal cover over the blower and reinstalled the front cover. Dryer works great. Easy fix, I spent more time thoroughly cleaning all the lint. Read more
Seals oven door to prevent heat loss and improve cooking efficiency. Replace when brittle, frayed, or not sealing properly. Verify fit by model number.
First of all Appliance Parts Pros is the best!! I would not have had the confidence to make this repair myself without their outstanding videos and Q&A sections on their website. And their prices for parts are very competitive. Like many stories on the website, my oven would heat up beyond the temperature set point. When it reached the target temperature, the lower heating element (I think this is the “bake” element) would shutoff, but the top element (“broil” element I believe) would remain on... Read more

The Fan Blade is an OEM part for Whirlpool refrigerators. It is essential for circulating air throughout the refrigerator, ensuring that the temperature remains consistent and the cooling process is efficient. The fan blade helps distribute cold air fr
I pulled the refrigerator out, removed the back panel, disconnected the fan motor. I did not know how hard or easy it would be to remove the fan from the motor shaft so I removed the motor with the fan attached and then removed and replaced the fan. This would not be necessary if you have a lot of strength, but if you need leverage to push the fan down on the shaft you might want to disconnect and remove the motor fan assembly too. After replacing the motor assembly and reconnecting I tested by... Read more
