I examined the inner burner heads and determined that two of the most frequently used burners were warped and were not making good contact with the burner base. In an attempt to clean the range from the grease-gunk build-up, I had to remove the burner heads. Unfortunately, the 2 most used burner heads had immovable screws that locked them into the orifices underneath.
