First I checked both spark igniters (range has two ovens) by testing them on the oven that did work. Both were good. I then checked the spark igniter wiring & it was good. At this point I contacted Appliance Parts Pros to ask which spark module I should order, the problem was that there wasn't a model number on the appliance. I changed wiring harness due to frayed insulation, replaced igniter (just because it wasn't very expensive) and replaced the faulty rotary switch. Put the stove back together and it works fine.
