Ordered replacement part and changed it out myself. Was pretty simple except for the fact that I could not get the trim ring around the dispenser unit entirely off the door. I was able to start at the top and pull it out enough to change part, but was afraid to pull too hard on it for full removal thinking it could break. Typed in the model number and found the part. The shipping was fast! Unscrewed a screw under the panel, inserted a screwdriver in little hole under the dispenser. Used flat edge tool to carefully pop the cover off and connected new one and popped it on. Unplugged the fridge for a minute then plugged it back in and it worked!
