Disconnect the power to the fridge. First remove the control panel by removing the one screw underneath and then insert a screwdriver into the small square hole underneath in order to pull the lower left of the control panel towards you. 1. Purchased a new Facade. Ordered replacement part and changed it out myself. Was pretty simple except for the fact that I could not get the trim ring around the dispenser unit entirely off the door.
