Thermostat was broken, was a quick easy fix thanks. Read more
Oven won't heat or stops heating? This thermal fuse thermostat opens the circuit at unsafe temperatures. Common fix after self-clean mode failures.
I was devastated to hear my wife tell me our Whirlpool double oven was dead after she used the self clean mode. After my research, I found this problem to be more common than expected. I kept seeing reference made to Appliance Parts Pros during my research. I went to the website and found the parts I didnt think anyone had. APP was quick, the price was excellent and when I called their staff I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! They had my parts to me in no time and I fixed... Read more
Oven won't heat or shuts off during use? This thermal fuse cuts power when temperature exceeds safe limits. Moderate DIY repair with multimeter testing.
This 250V 15A safety fuse protects the appliance's line circuit from overcurrent. When the original fuse has blown, replacing it can restore power and help safeguard internal components from further damage.
I replaced both the fuse and the latch. it started working smoothly even better the before. Read more
Fix inaccurate oven temperatures or error codes with a new temperature sensor. Restores consistent heat regulation and reliable preheating performance.
I ordered this new sensor AP3792882. It was said to be the same as the original one. It did not look like the original but it was alot cheaper. It works great. Thanks alot. My girl makes great chocolate chip cookies with this oven. Read more
Fix oven overheating or F9 error codes with a thermal limit switch replacement. This safety shutoff prevents damage when temperature exceeds safe limits.
I replaced the cooling fan for the lower oven. This fan is located in the space between the top and bottom ovens. I also chose to replace both the BAKE and TCO thermostats. Read more

I had a blown fuse in which I replaced it and is up and running now. Read more
Oven won't heat or element burned out? This high-temperature cut-out fuse interrupts power when temperatures exceed safe levels. Often fails with elements.
We bought both bottom elements for each oven. They installed and now work PERFECTLY! Thank you! Read more
Oven won't heat after self-clean cycle? A faulty limit switch prevents operation when stuck open. Tests quickly with a multimeter for continuity.
This 250V, 1A fuse protects your washer's control circuit from overcurrent. Replacing it can restore control power once the root cause is corrected.
Lid switch problem. Easy to fix, not so easy to diagnose. First thing to look at if something goes wrong and there does not appear to overtly be mechanical issue like pump, etc. Read more
This fixed thermostat protects the appliance by opening the circuit when excessive heat is detected. Replacing a failed or weak thermostat restores reliable over-temperature protection and helps prevent heat-related shutdowns.
I measured the resistance between the two connectors on the magnetron: should be close to zero ohms and it was. I measured between the same connectors and the metal case: should be mega ohms, it was 15k ohms. That is a bad, partly shorted unit. I also checked the resistance of the thermal cut off, which should be zero but was 10 ohms so I replaced. The HV diode is checked with a 9 V battery (YouTube checking microwave HV diode) and it too was bad. Make sure to take pictures as you disassemble... Read more
Fixes F1 or F2 error codes and prevents overheating in ovens. This safety switch monitors temperature limits to protect components. Direct fit part.
We purchased a part called Limit Switch from you. It totally corrected the problem. Read more
Microwave shuts down during use? This thermal cutoff thermostat prevents overheating by interrupting power when temperatures exceed safe limits.
My daughter that she turned timer on but hit cook with nothing in the microwave. I was able to figure it was one of the four thermal cutoffs. It was obvious which one literally fried. Replaced that one worked like it was new. Took a lot of photos while dismantling and labeled the screws. Wasn't that hard just be careful of the capacitor Read more
The Thermal Fuse is an OEM component specifically designed for Whirlpool ovens. As an important safety device, it is located near heat-producing elements inside the oven cavity. Causes of a bad thermal fuse include overheating of elements or surrounding components over time, which can eventually blow the fuse. Symptoms of a faulty thermal fuse include:
This genuine OEM Whirlpool part is compatible with Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Kenmore oven models as well.
Oven won't heat properly or overheats after self-cleaning? A faulty lower thermostat often causes temperature regulation issues. Moderate DIY repair.
Replaces the refrigerator temperature control thermostat to restore consistent cooling. This direct-replacement thermostat helps regulate compartment temperature so food stays at the set level and reduces temperature swings. What it does
