Wall Oven Knob, Dial & Button

After trying different ways to repair, I went looking for metal replacement knobs. Found them here at Appliance Part Pros. Ordered Thursday and FedEx delivered Saturday. I can't ask for better service. Read more

I bought the replacement knobs from Appliance Parts Pros.com and they were much better knobs that what originally came with the unit. They are actually metal and the plastic posts that connect with the range are a much higher grade plastic. To be honest I think the stove works better than it did when it was new. Some of the original knobs may have been broken when we purchased the unit. Replacement took under 5 minutes for all of the knob. Oh....and by the way....they appear to be the same... Read more

Ordered new cook top, arrived in 2days. Replacement was very easy. Part was perfect fit and had same markings as factory top. Repair only required a philips head screwdriver. Removed 8 screws holding top on, lifted front up and unplugged two electrical connectors, them removed top. Flipped top over and removed the four burners (8 screws). Moved burners to new top, installed 8 screws, set top on stove, reattach electrical connectors, then reinstall 8 screws to hold the top on. Only issue I... Read more

We recently purchased a house with Jenn-Air appliances. The previous owner had used something to clean the knobs on the stove that removed the imprint. Ordering these was easy, they fit with no problem and are manufacture initial product quality. Very Pleased. The only suggestion I would have is to provide instructions on how to install the oven door gasket. I have not attempted that yet but will soon. Read more

The knob was broken inside, where it fits on the burner turn shaft. You just can't depend on a glue or duct tape fix for something like that. Only solution was replacement. I got the model number from my stove and called your firm. The cusotmer service folks were very knowledgeable and identified the right part and I had it in the mail a week later.
