Ordered a replacement holder with a new ceramic igniter and installed it. The new unit would not quite fit correctly on the Metal stand. It took only a couple of minutes with a large file to remove some of the metal on each side of the metal prongs that locate the holder onto the stand. I replaced the downdraft fan and fan motor of my 25 year old JennAire C301 cooktop. The issue was getting the fan/motor assembly out in such a tight place. I had to first remove the fan cover, cut the wires, then the assembly came out. Putting back wasn't as tough although getting the cover back on (over the motor) was a bit of a strain.
