This is a handle attached to the upper dish rack in a dishwasher, used to slide the rack in and out of the tub. It provides a grip point for loading and unloading dishes from the upper rack. Replace this part if the handle is cracked, broken, or has detached from the rack, making it difficult to maneuver the upper dishrack.
