Once top of washer is removed, there is a troubleshooting guide taped to the underside of the washer top. It verified the problem was the CCU (electronic control board). Before removing old CCU, have a plan for labeling the connecting wires; with tape & marker and a sketched diagram, because nothing is labeled and there are many wires.
