Used Google to troubleshoot the issue. Inside the freezer I took the back off. Noticed two things. The evaporator motor was not turning and the top half of the coils were frozen over. Loosened nuts around outer flange. Pulled out old gasket as shown in video. Prepared new gasket per included instructions. Installed new gasket again using techniques shown in video.
