Ordered the parts and followed the instruction videos that Sears provide, Initially tried to order parts from Sears directly but the web-page kept complaining about my shipping address. Their loss- no wonder they're going out of business. Also, should note that the original assembly was plastic but the replacement was metal. Sure sign of a crappy cost-cutting decision. Replaced the tracks. You need to pull the dishwasher out for this since the screws holding them are on the outside. Not super complicated in my case since my dishwasher didn't require disconnecting water hose or power wires to pull out (there was enough slack behind). Read more

Removed the bottom rack from the dishwasher. Removed the 2 front plates at bottom of the dishwasher. Removed the two screws from the top of the dishwasher holding the dishwasher to the counter-top. Pulled the dishwasher out. Removed the 8 mm screws from the outside of the dishwasher-- 4 per side (Underneath the sound proofing). Pulled the old tracks and placed the new tracks into place and tightened the screws back up. Pushed the dishwasher back into place. Reinstalled the screws securing... Read more

Used the vinyl touch up paint on the tops of posts and slid vinyl tips over 130 posts. The paint acts as an adhesive to keep the tips secure. Read more

This isn't going to be easy to follow without an assembly at hand and in front of you. Ordered dishwasher rack tine tips and bottle of vinyl touch up paint. I applied the paint to each tine and then placed the tips on the tines. I waited a few hours before using my dishwasher to allow the paint to dry and allow the tips to stick to the tines. Read more

A couple of missing wheels on the lower tray and broken pivots and latches had made our dishwasher inconvenient to use. I had replaced those parts earlier using this website. A tine row pivot broke recently. As you'd expect, it's easy to snap in a new one. Dishwasher is old enough that some parts are prone to breaking. The extra parts are spares. Read more
