Replaced above parts, easy to do, looks like a new stove. Needed to pry open knob stem slot segments very slightly to remove broken plastic from previous knobs. Spreading stem slot metal sides too much and they will break. With slots cleaned out, pinch stem sides almost together for new knobs to slide on. This is a Montgomery Ward gas range made by Tappan. Parts are no longer offered for this appliance. So, I had to eyeball various ignitors to determine which one would work. I settled on the least expensive one and ordered two (Just in case there were "issues"). The parts arrived quickly but were not a simple drop-in replacement. I always save original books and assembly sheets for appliances. That helped a lot ! The assembly sheets showed how the ovens went in, how they were attached to the cabinet and what to avoid so I didn’t bend trim piece. Original booklet showed how to replace oven doors and lights etc. Once the hinge assemblies arrived I started replacement after having read on the internet original hinges had some problems. Turned stove breaker off in the main breaker box and also unplugged the oven from the 220 outlet. pulled the baking racks out of the oven and proceeded to locate the 1/4 screws just above the bake element where it passes through the metal wall and removed them. pulled the element forward until the wires were exposed and unplugged them and then attached the new element to the wires and reinstalled in reverse order. Replaced Oven control Board, I actually had a "professional" appliance repair man come to the house and tell me what was wrong with the oven. I replaced the controller to remedy the LED display issue and changed the motor latch assembly to fix the F95 error. The installation of both parts was very easy. A local repair shop wanted a minimum of $115 just to show-up at my door, and their price for the same parts was over $140 what I paid at AppliancePartsPros. Thanks. Read more

Ordered Bake Element, Y04100019 (Whirlpool AP4283614) to replace a broken bake element on my 30-year old Jenn-Air Model S125 Downdraft Slide-in electric range. Range has no model ID plate anywhere. Flip off electric at circuit breaker box. Opened top of range and noted details of the faulty burner, including confirm that outer coil was fried. The maker info on back of element was useless in finding replacement: more useful was general shape, and the numbers around edge on back. Close up range, since low heat element still working.
