• Freezer section too warm

Filled tub to about 6 inches and inspected washer. Noticed that the tube leading from the air entrapment bubble on the exterior side of the drum had a small leak in it. Clipped off the part of the tube that had the hole in it(it was very close to the connector nipple) reconnected and problem was solved. Read more

Checked out the video on your site on how to disassemble the ice maker. Was really easy when you know the correct sequence. Only 3 screws and it's out of the freezer. Disassembled the ice maker on my kitchen counter and replaced the ice stripper. Reassembled and installed back in my freezer. It is as good as new Read more

Took a screw driver lifted the top, Unscrewed two screws holding the front on the inside of the dryer one to left and one to the right. Laid the front on the floor and removed to other screws holding the collector in place, popped out old one cleaned all the lint and dust and popped the new one in put the new seal in place and done ! I read the help guide on the AppliancePartsPros.com web site and then decided to test my defrost heater with a volt/ohm meter. I read an open circuit. I then removed the radiant heater element from the refrigerator and see nothing wrong with the element, but the connection on both sides to it, that resemble a spark plug wire to an automotive plug, was corroded to a powder making no electrical connection.
