John April 19, 2011 for Model Number Maytag Neptune washer model# MAH5500BWW Washer is not draining. I opened the back and checked for a clogg and there was nothing. When it it is on spin there is a humming noise. I am going to replace the pump assembly Do I need the bracket or can I use the one on the old assembly?

Mickey April 03, 2011 for Model Number MAH5500BWW My washer works normally, but there is a water leak around the base of the drain pump. It does not leak a lot, but the water accumulates on the floor. I checked both hoses attached to the pump. The connections are tight and dry, the hoses are ok. That is the only place on the bottom panel of the washer where I saw any water. What do you think, is the pump the problem? What is your advice? Thanks.
