Shut power off to unit. Took cook top out and removed metal cover to remove electrical board. Replaced with new one. Was just 5-6 connections that couldn’t be mixed up. Fairly easy fix. Works like new.

Removed the front off the back panel, unplugged the old unit. Then using a blow dryer heated the old timer to peel the face /cover off and applied to the new clock. Plugged in the replacement clock. Replaced the front of the range.
The only complaint I have is we were not informed that a new face would not be included and the old one would have to be removed and applied to the replacement clock. The face that was on the orginal clock has the buttons to set the clock and timer reversed from...

Bought replacement relay board, replaced it. Would not work, turned stove circuit breaker off then on again. Display panel showed stove was resetting waited for reset, tested the bake option twice to ascertain it was working correctly. It worked! Our grateful appreciation to the customer service rep who helped us with our questions and the shipping. Wish we had gotten her name.

Turned off the power. Pulled out the stove. Removed back of upper part of stove. Removed old control board. Took photos with phone to make sure I got wires back on correctly. Only 1 wire was difficult to remove and required gentle rocking with pliers. Put the overlay on the new board. Placed all the clips and wires back on the new board. Turned on power to test. Replaced the cheap plastic lever supporter with another LG OEM cheap plastic lever supporter. I should have bought two as I can see this problem happening again.
Job was a simple fix and only required a Phillips head screwdriver. I did not need to remove any connections as there was enough room and wire to pull out the oven control assembly and make the repair.
One word of caution is to be careful as the sheet metal internal cover and bottom of the control knob panel is razor...
