I drilled old lock out and installed new lock box. This was the info your Tech had given me and as always your Techs are on top of all situations. This took about 15 minutes and it's back collecting money. Thanks for such quick and reliable service. Removed cover from Whirlpool washer (~20 years old) and found water to be leaking from hose connection at Break Vac. Obviously the hose had to be replaced but the Break Vac looked corroded and partially plugged, too, possibly inhibiting water flow. While the cabinet was off I noticed the Suspension Spring was rusted off so I ordered 1 of those, too. Using a punch and a big hammer I forced the lock through the housing, replaced the old lock with the new one and was done!!!! Really easy!!! Read more

Door latch was a snap (literally). Package included Instructions and parts for 3 different latch types and an easy identification method for each type. Just identify the correct latch type for your dryer and "Snap" it in to the cutout on the inside of the dryer door . The Door handle requires you unscrew the small sheet metal screws (three on my dryer) on the top edge of the dryer door. I originally thought it to be my capacitor. But after installing the new one my machine still wouldn't wash, upon further inspection the hose that connects to the water level indicator on the control panel had popped a loose. I reconnected it and my washer is working just fine now. So try and do a complete inspection before spending unnecessary money ($125) like I did. Read more
