Order and received hinges and the parts for the doors that were lost. After plugging it in the open door chimes started and would not stop. I call appliance Parts customer service and tech Dept. They were very patient and helpful with my ordering the parts I needed and tried to get the chimes to stop. The People I talked to were very helpful and patient in trying to fix this problem. Research indicated that it may be a moisture sensor failure or a leak. It ended up being a leak from the oil seal on the motor shaft. A small piece of plastic made it's way into the system. The hot water softened it enough that it wrapped around the motor shaft, re-hardened, then tore into the shaft seal. I fixed it by replacing the shaft seal, moisture sensor (corrodes when it gets wet), and replaced the sump seal since I had it disassembled. Read more

While waiting for a replacement PCB, I cleaned the filter and soaked up the remaining water in the tub (dishwasher died mid-cycle) which entailed removing the dishwasher mesh filter and cover assembly of the pump assembly. The filter seal in the cover assembly and seal in the case scroll popped out. These two gaskets (seals) somehow had stretched and were very difficult to keep in their tracks while reassembling the pump assembly after cleaning. Replacement gaskets fit much better than the... Simple replacement of the heating element. Found multiple videos on youtube that show how to to do this repair. The cooktop is easily opened by removing 3 screws, but I recommend having a second set of hands when performing the repair because you will have to hold up the glass stove top and unscrew the components. After reading stories on this website I decided the problem was probably the control board. I ordered the sensors also just in case. The display has been dim for awhile so I got that also. I replaced the board and the display in less than an hour. It is working perfectly now so I never installed the sensors. I believe the board was ruined by a recent power outage. The power flickered several times before it went out, I don't think the board could handle the fluctuations. This will be my go to... Read more

I replaced both items. I lifted the racks out for clearance. with a small screwdriver, I flexed the flat springs holding the whole tube assembly. It came right out. Using the screwdriver, I popped the nozzle off, put the new one. I flexed the flat springs a little back into line to be able to hold the whole tube assembly, put the assembly back in, and pushed the spray arm onto the nozzle. Put racks in. done. I unscrew back plate. ( unplug) it first. Pull the two power and unplug heat sensor. In side unscrew all the screws ( back ones first). Reverse to put back together. Read more

This repair was likely compounded by a second failed component after several unplug attempts. The first failure occurred after the freezer door had been left ajar. The freezer temp wouldn't drop but inside it still felt cold. I did several panel resets and the 'unplug for 12 hours' trick, neither changed indications. Parts arrived faster than promised. I unscrewed both holder screws. The new arm snapped right in the new holder. Then screwed the new arm holder assembly back in to the dishwasher. The repair took only a couple minutes and dishwasher is working again. I am very satisfied with purchase and shipping speed. Read more
