Once I purchased the correct motor it literally took less that 10 minutes from start to finish to replace the motor. After unplugging the refrigerator, I unscrewed two machine screws to remove the cover and unscrewed two machine screws to remove the motor. I removed the old motor from the housing, installed the new motor, reattached the motor to the refrigerator, replaced the cover, and plugged in the refrigerator. Installation was quick and simple. • Will not fill with water

Replacing the inlet valve solved the problem. The old valve was somehow clogged with white sediment. I probably could have taken it off and cleaned it out if I'd known, but replacing the valve was much easier. Took about half an hour to repair. Video walk through was extremely helpful. After a lot of research, we initially changed out the inlet valve. When that didn't fix the issue, we went back to researching, and saw that it could be the freezer door switch. So we replaced that as well. Again this did not solve our issue. Back to researching. I then came across AppliancePartsPros.com! And I found so many other options of what it could be.
