We ordered a new ignitor and it came in two days just as promised. The only problem that we experienced was that the leads on the new ignitor were to short. We were able to find enough slack on the oven end to make it work. The oven is once again working great. The video was a little off on what need to be done to disconnect the ignitor. We actually had to flip the oven over to get to the bottom. We could not access the connector through the back. Read more

I doubt I needed all the parts I bought but I am limited on time. So I replaced the defrost thermostat, defrost timer, and the defrost heater. So far so good. It hasn't been 2 weeks yet, but I have noticed that the freezer doesn't seem to be constantly running as before. Time will tell. Read more

Replaced upper and lower felts. Painted rubbing surface on inside of drum with refrigerator enamel. Took out drum and lubed rear bearing. Replaced 2 of the 3 thermostats, and the belt just on principle. Spent a lot of time with shop-vac removing lint from drier and exhaust ducts. Runs great and is no longer cooking or staining clothes. Let me tell you that the videos made by AppliancePartsPros.com are what I needed most. They are simplified and complete. It turned out that because of a loose connection at the power terminal block, it over heated, melting the block and of course frying the wiring and distorting the connections. Previously, I removed the lower rear cardboard back of the unit and saw the crack in the defrost pan. It was probably damaged when unit was moved using appliance hand truck. I looked up the part number AP4319611 in the exploded view diagrams of the unit. The part was ordered and delivered in a few short days.
