I ordered a replacement glass from Appliance Part Pros on Friday evening and it was delivered on Monday morning. It was packed well and I appreciated the quick delivery. The hardest part of this repair was a) realizing that the easiest way to clean the oven door pieces is to remove the whole door and b) figuring out how to put the oven door back on. Doing (b) is infinitely easier if you stick two allen wrenches into the holes in the door hinge, but these holes ONLY appear when the door is fully open. We found a video on how to change out the glass and looked fairly easy. My husband, being the skeptic that he is, wasn't on board as readily as I was but we tried it regardless. To his surprise in about 30 minutes we did it! So easy and a big thanks to Appliances Parts Pros for the part. We had the new part in 1 1/2 days...I was expecting it to be delivered in 5 days! Ordered the replacement panel and disassembled the upper oven door, which was needed, as the inside glass areas needed some cleaning. Read more

I ordered the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. I received the part quickly; unscrewed the old door removed it and popped on the new door part and screwed it in. It took no more than 30 minutes to replace. I saved at least $300 dollars if I had to replace the whole microwave. Read more
