Searching for paddles or baffles led me to Appliance Parts. Discovered I didn't have to buy anything in order to view the video which is a pretty nice feature to see if my skills are up to it. "How in the world do I repair something without external screws?" "Take the top off the machine to see if there are any mounting screws and then just smack the baffles toward the rear of the machine with a mallet to loosen and remove?" Easy, really easy. • Will not fill with water

Our original discussion with a parts rep. led us to change the control panel as we had tested the valves for continuity and had it. Changing the panel did not fix the problem. As we had power continuity, we then removed the hoses from the cold water valve and checked the flow. The wash fill side of the valve had only a trickle of water, so we ordered a new cold inlet valve and replaced it. Problem solved, washer working like it's new. Read more

Rather than call a repairman, I looked on line to get a replacement part. AppliancePartsPros.com had clear diagrams of the washer's major subassemblies from which it was easy to identify the broken baffle. AppliancePartsPros.com offered the part at the lowest price I could find online. Unplugged power cord, shut off hot and cold water valves, and disconnected hot and cold water lines. I taped the lid closed and laid washer down on its front panel to access motor parts underneath. Removed center screw (allen wrench) and then removed large, round, plastic rotor (had to use some force with fingers behind it to get it off). Using a nut driver I removed the sheet metal screws, removed the old belt and replaced it with the one. An easy repair. Shipping was EXCELLENT! Read more

Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. Still got warnings for SUDS and repeated F02 errors. Ordered parts and replaced the pump, tub-to-pump hose, interior drain hose and exterior drain hose (both hoses has some slime build up).
