This self-adhesive foam strip replaces worn or missing foam used to seal gaps and reduce vibration in refrigerators and freezers. It helps improve insulation and quiet operation by filling small openings where air or moisture can pass. What it does:

  • Provides a compressible seal to reduce air leaks that can cause frost buildup or uneven cooling
  • Dampens vibration and rattling between panels or trim pieces
  • Helps block dust and moisture from entering cabinet seams
  • Can restore proper door and panel contact where original foam has deteriorated
Install notes:
  • Unplug the appliance before starting any repair
  • Clean and dry the mounting surface; remove backing and press strip firmly in place
  • Trim to fit with scissors or utility knife as needed; avoid stretching the foam
  • Only replace foam where original is missing or damaged; follow OEM placement for best seal
