After researching the problem, I ordered a new cooling fan. My "fix-it" guy winds up in the ICU for 3 weeks! So...YouTube here I come. It appeared pretty simple in video form, except the video wasn't of my stove. All in all, what looked like no more than a 6 screw removal, turned into tearing 1/2 the stove apart. Dishwasher washer would not drain after hearing glass-like particles during the drain cycle despite trying to clean the cylinder filter. Originally suspected the drain motor was damaged. Removed old element , found the part on exploded view diagram of th oven. Got on appliance parts pro web site put in model number , made sure picture on line looked the same and ordered. While I was at it ordered a bottom pan for the oven that needed replacing. Received both parts 3 or 4 days later regular shipping. Installed both parts no problem . Thanks appliance parts pros. Replaced the blown heating element. I also only to be on the safe side, replaced the over temp sensor. I checked it with the meter when I pulled it out and it was ok. Tested ok. Thank you very much for the less than 2 day delivery on the part. Read more

I first thought it was the auger in the ice container so I changed it and it was not the problem. I then talked to ApplianceParts customer service that it might be the yoke on the motor that turned the auger or even the motor itself even though it worked. I ordered the parts, the yoke was supposed to be able to be changed by itself but mind would not come off the motor shaft so I had to cut it off just to remove it from the unit so I had to change the motor anyway because of this. Found a real cool Youtube video by AppliancePartsPro.com. I watched it and learned how easy it was to unhook and replace the part with proper care and precautions. It even included tips on critical steps so the wires won't slip back inside the hole and save you from hours of possible mistake. Then I ordered the part. Ran diagnostics 5 times to make sure I get the same error code and then called Appliance Parts Pros to order the washer pump. They informed me they had the pump assembly that has multiple parts on the unit and it was cost effective to order the assembly. I ordered the assembly and after a long back order time received the part. First, don't self clean your oven before the holidays. In fact, read up on what damage the self cleaning feature can do to your oven. Unplugged stove. Removed six 1/4 inch socket head screws from back panel. Removed back panel. Removed plug on the back of the OCB. Removed OCB. Used Philips screwdriver to remove four mounting screws (and cracked pieces of the mounting holes). If you can get to this point, installing the new OCB is pretty self explanatory. Read more

I had a slow leak at the water inlet valve where the water line from the filter assembly connected to the water inlet valve. I determine that the water line had scratches in it which caused it to not seal. Had to buy the entire reservoir and filter assembly to get that water line. The replacement was smooth. It took about 30 minutes to swap out and it fixed the leak. Read more

Ordered a replacement part off another site that came in with an incorrect molded connection to the Spray Arm. The part broke my tabs on the Spray Arm and instead I bought both parts from this site. Both items were correct and resolved the issue. Read more
