First I replaced the filter thinking it was the problem, but that was not the case. Next was replace water supply valve at the back of the refrigerator. It was very easy. The only thing that was in question was how to get the refrigerator side line off of the existing valve. Replaced tank assembly. Actually I think the supply hose was originally not fully seated in the tank and I think I could have re-seated it deeper through the gray bushing. When I set the line into the new tank, still leaking. Pulled out supply line and reset using a little more force and line went into the tank. Ordered numerous replacement parts. Started with the tracks which required pulling the washer out of the cabinet to reach the screws. Pushed it back in and re-secured. Then stared on the rack and replaced the rack adjusters and various clips. Everything is straight forward and easy to replace. I originally called a local repair place to have them repair it. Replace thermistor. Explained to home owner either thermistor or compressor since it was running hot but only 10 minutes to change out. Luckily client still has warranty on fridge to replace old compressor and thermistor. Read more
