This kit includes end caps that attach to the ends of the drawer slide rails inside the refrigerator. Although I only needed to replace the drawer support (end cap) on the right side the kit comes with replacements for both sides. I was surprised to see that the air flow adjustment mechanism that is located on the right side end cap was not included.
