Had to remove the screws that hold the dish washer to the counter top by knocking them out of the counter top. After seeing how the door handle worked I will not have to do again as all you have to do to open is stick a long screw driver up inside and push the chip and it opens. Drain hose connects dishwasher pump to exterior drain. Replace if cracked, leaking, chewed by rodents, or when check valve fails. Includes elbow connector.
I figured out that it was probably a plugged pump hose, since the pump would run, it somtimes it drained and sometimes it didn't. Your video helped with how to take the dishwasher out and replace the hose. I replaced the hose and everything is now working fine. It turned out to be a broken check valve in the old hose that caused the problem. It took 90 mins to do the repair. Read more

Removed the old planetary and cleaned metal shavings from gears. Transferred the old axle/gear assembly onto the new planetary. Inserted the new (and expensive) screw for the main gear and torqued it very tight (as well as the original other four screws). Slid the new planetary gears together and re-inserted the holding pin. This small plastic clip secures the tine row guards or protective caps on the dishwasher's upper or lower dishrack. It keeps the vinyl guard strips in place so they can protect dishes from scratching and prevent the rack tines from rusting. Replace this clip if the guard strips are falling off, sliding out of position, or if the original clip has cracked or broken.

This tube connects the water supply to the middle wash arm of the dishwasher, delivering pressurized water so the spray arm can spin and clean dishes on the upper rack. It runs vertically from the lower area of the tub up to the mid-level spray arm assembly. Replace this tube if the middle spray arm is not spinning, dishes on the upper rack are not getting clean, or if you notice leaks or cracks in the tube.
Part was updated from original equipment (3 pieces) to a one piece tube. Snip the top of hanger loop then install. Just a couple minute job. Updated tube is much better than the original design. Read more
