So this is a poor design in the first case. Not having a center support in the back almost guarantees a failure there eventually. Although I only needed to replace the drawer support (end cap) on the right side the kit comes with replacements for both sides. I was surprised to see that the air flow adjustment mechanism that is located on the right side end cap was not included. I should mention that I did not disassemble the drawer mechanisms before ordering the end cap(s). The kit contained only the two molded end caps - no fasteners, mechanisms, or anything else. I ordered this part and replaced it myself. The photo confirmed I had the correct part. I removed the crisper drawers and all (took 1 minute) and couldn't figure out how to remove this part. Some of the notes claimed there were screws holding it on but that is not correct. One of the large tabs on this part is what keeps this part in place.
