Ordered a new detergent dispenser that arrived within two days. Removed screws on the inside of door that removes the front door panel. The detergent dispenser is held on by a bracket with six screws. There is one plugin that needs to be disconnected. Everything is reinstalled as before. It work as before. Read more

Ordered new top rack and changed out the rusty one. Taking the washer arm off the old one and putting it on the new one was a bit challenging but my husband is good with those things and it went well. Beware that NO instructions come with the rack and there is a bagful of parts that are probably if you want to change rollers or something. Read more

I reviewed the schematic and saw the Volute Seal, and Impeller Seal were the two that were closest my source of water. After watching the video about changing the Impeller/seal I removed the motor, impeller, and volute; I found that the impeller seal was the faulty one in my case. I first installed the inlet pump with no results. I then ordered a Control Switch and Float and Nut. This fixed the problem. Everything comes out so clean. I also replaced the filter which allowed me to clean debris around old filter. It is also easier to replace all these parts with the dishwasher pulled out and tilted on its side. I had to pull mine out to unplug power to the dishwasher. Read more

Installed a new hose and coupler and now it works perfect again. Had to take the top off of the dishwasher, which was just a few screws and take the old hose out, install the new one and within an hour, my dishwasher was running again. I replaced the racks in both the upper and lower parts of my dishwasher. I was able to reuse most of the original pieces for the install but did have to order a couple from Amazon because the plastic cracked when I was disassembling the old ones. There were no instructions but a quick reverse google photo search of the part led me to videos. Once figured out, it was easy to replace everything. Read more

Simple change out. The heat from the bottom made the basket so brittle that it broke off in small pieces, and I could no longer put knives in that section Because they would fall through. So glad I was able to get the same exact basket from you. Read more
