Unplugged oven and removed back panel of oven, found schematics taped to back of oven. Found a relay board that was burned where upper heating element plug connected to it. Replaced relay board and then repaired burned connector by replacing the spade terminal ends that were melted. Suspect connection was loose and that caused board damage. Unplug oven! Remove the faceplate by pulling off knobs and removing 4 plastic nuts from burner switch knob stems. Then remove 6 (combination #2 square and Phillips) screws and remove the metal backing plate. Unscrew two small screws in front to remove the burner switch from the backing plate behind.
