Clock/ timer board burnt up Jerry J. • Brookshire , TX • July 13, 2016
Replaced the c/t with a new one I bought from you. It was an exact replacement , price was right. It took about ten minutes to replace and put the stove back together. I already had it apart. Your drawings helped with the disassembly. This is a very easy repair and saved me about $750 by not having to buy a new stove. Just pay attention as you remove the old part and take lots of pictures as you take things apart. I had to install two new wire disconnects because the old ones melted. No big...

Genuine Frigidaire part

Part Number: 318185330
This genuine OEM part is a clock timer for ovens. The clock timer is the part of the oven that allows the user to set a time for cooking and baking. If the timer buttons are no longer responding to touch or the timer's digital display is no longer visible, it will need to be replaced. Luckily, replacing a timer is a fairly simple repair. To get started, make sure the range is unplugged. Once unplugged, pull the range out and away from the wall to gain access to the upper back panel. Remove the mounting screws to the panel to gain access to the back of the control panel. Locate the timer and proceed to unthread the screws that hold it in place. Once loosened, pull the timer out of its place and install the new timer by threading the mounting screws that secure it to the control panel. Reinstall the upper back panel and restore power to the appliance. This replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Frigidaire, Electrolux, Gibson, Kelvinator, and Westinghouse brand ovens.

Part Number: WP74009716
This electronic oven control replaces the console control used to operate a single-convection oven, restoring user inputs and cycle selection so you can reliably set temperature, timers and cooking modes. Ideal when display, touchpad or convection functions fail. What it does:
- Replaces the oven's main user control to allow selection of bake, broil, convection and timed functions
- Restores touchpad/button input and on-screen feedback when controls are unresponsive or blank
- Helps resolve symptoms such as no display, unresponsive buttons, or inability to start bake/convect cycles
- Interfaces with oven components to relay temperature and command signals to the heating system
What's included:
- One control (single-conv) as shown
Install notes:
- Disconnect power at the circuit breaker before starting any work to avoid shock hazard
- Handle the control assembly carefully; avoid touching circuit board components and use anti-static precautions if available
- Installation typically requires removing the oven console or back access panel and unplugging the old control connector—refer to OEM service instructions

Control screen went out nothing worked Gretchen N. • Colfax , CA • October 04, 2014
Removed the screws that hold the oven and microwave in the cabinet and slid the whole unit out 4 inches, and removed 2 screws on each side of the oven that hold the screen in. The entire front panel can then be removed. Used a very small flat screwdriver to unplug the plugs off the control board so the clips wouldnt break. Some of the plugs are labeled where they should go, but it would help to mark where they go just in case. Installed new panel in reverse order, easier than expected.

Intermittent symptoms over a 6 year period all showing "err" Arthur T. • Asheville , NC • January 29, 2024
Symptoms varied: oven not starting; oven preheats OK but after you open the door to put in food and close it, the oven showed temp OK, didn't turn on, and heat would drop to nothing over time; other times, it would begin preheating then start beeping and showing the temperature setting, then an 'ERR' and die. Would not start unless I shut off the circuit breaker, then turn it back on. At first i replaced the temp probe, which worked once then all the above began again. Next I replaced the...
