Refrigerator not running and no display on temperature adjustment panel John S. • Long Beach , CA • February 01, 2020
The refrigerator lights were on so I know power was present. I have had trouble with GE circuit boards before so I ordered the main board and the panel display board. They came in from Appliance Parts Pros as promised. Installed the panel display, took about 5 minutes. Then removed the back cover and installed the main board. Plugged the unit in and the panel was now flashing 2 0’s. Moved the freezer to 5 and the compressor started and ran. Moved the refrigerator adjustment to 5 also....

Inverter needed to be replaced Gretchen V. • Chula Vista , CA • March 05, 2016
The fridge had power but neither side would cool. I took the inverter out which was only time consuming considering novice experience. I found the part here and purchased it with regular shipping and it arrived the NEXT DAY! How awesome it that! I was a little worried it would be the wrong $200 part , but since you can return it within 365 days I felt better. I put all the wires back together and bolted it back on, turned it on and it started cooling right away!

Part Number: 241739712
This is a refrigerator control board. The function of the control board is to effectively control all of the refrigerator's functions. These functions could include cooling the fridge, defrosting, dispensing, and even lighting. In the event that any of the functions of the refrigerator stop working correctly, the control board could be the culprit. If the buttons on the unit are pressed and nothing happens, it's likely that the control board is faulty. For example, the refrigerator may not be cooling, defrosting, the lights might not work, or the ice and water will not dispense. If this is the case, this is a high-quality replacement part. Make sure to unplug the refrigerator from the electrical outlet before replacing this part. This specific control board is compatible with refrigerators that are manufactured by the Frigidaire and Crosley brands. It is sold individually and sourced straight from the manufacturer.

Fridge powered off i unplugged and plugged into another outlet and powered back on after 30 seconds the compressor & power shut down again Peter S. • Coatesville , PA • April 01, 2016
No one in my local area repairs LG refrigerators for some reason. I talked to a tech who doesn't repair LG but gave me good advice and said the PCB main board is probably bad. So I called appliancepartspros.com and ordered one. Came in the next day and fixed the problem. Save a ton of $$ because I was frustrated and was just going to be a new fridge. $225 fix good as new.
