I ordered a control tactile asm kit which gave me the new board for the controls. All I had to do was use a screwdriver to take out the old board and connect in the new board. I'd never done anything much like this before but it truly only took me a few minutes! Read more

It's an easy fix. Just remove the two screws holding it in place. Then it will be easier to remove the supply line. Disconnect the quick-connect wires. Remove the rubber hose and clamp. Attach the rubber hose and clamp to new part, attach supply line, attach wires and then screw back into place with screws. Turn on the water and test for leaks. Read more

After googling the symptoms I determined that the control board was the problem. The original control board had been discontinued, but there was a current equivalent board. AppliancePartsPros.com had the best price online so I placed the order. It was shipped the next business day and was delivered the day after! The part included the plastic case for the board so all I needed to do was unplug and unscrew the old part and plug and new one in. The dishwasher is now running good as new. ... Read more

Literally took no more than 15 minutes. I unscrewed the back panel of the door, unplugged the old keypad and pealed off the old keypad. I used rubbing alcohol to thoroughly clean the surface where the new keypad would go. Then I slid the new keypad into place and plugged it in. Peal off the adhesive backing and stick the new keypad down, reattach the door panel and you are good to go. Read more

Took the 6 hex screws out and simply unplugged a couple of wires off the control panel. Called appliance parts pros and gave them the part number that was embossed on part. They had it in stock and shipped it. I received it within 3 days. Plug the wires back into the part and replaced the 6 screws. 10 minutes top to repair. Highly recommend you doing this. Would have cost hundreds more if a professional had done this. Thanks !! Read more

I was told by the person who took my order that I could find an instruction video on you tube . So I went there and follow those instructions. The repair went well although I did have a slight problem with the door latch and the soap dispenser lever. They both fell out as I was trying to install the timer, but I went back to the video and although it didn't show how to replace these two parts I was able to see how they were placed and was able to figure it out from there. I ordered both the front long panel and the lower access panel in the new color. I watched the instructional videos which were very helpful. I was very careful to remember where all the screws belonged as I took it apart. The panel required an extra small attachment to fit due to a change in design.
