Note: Per the manufacturer, the design changed of this washer drain pump changed in April 2025. The new gray casing with different fins will still work, as the fins allow access for wiring.
It was fairly obvious that the washer drainer motor had failed, water was not draining, filter was clean (bottom lower left panel door, have a pail ready!) and drain line was not blocked. I also noticed one of the two water recirculation outlets near the front door was no longer spraying water. When I took it all apart, I found that these two tub water recirculation outlets are both connected to the pump.. one was clogged.
