Dishrack

The Tine Clip is an OEM part specifically designed for Whirlpool brand dishwashers. This small but important piece secures individual tines to the upper dish rack for stability during washing.

Repeated use causes plastic clips to become brittle or dislodge over time from heavy loads. This jeopardizes proper rack assembly and performance. 

Causes of a bad tine clip could be normal wear and tear, damaged pads from sharp dishes, or improper loading of heavily soiled cookware.

Symptoms of a failing tine clip include:
