This is an easy home-owner repair! 1. Get down on the floor with a flashlight and a 5/16 nut driver, and remove the two screws holding the lower panel. Looked online, appeared to be door switch or control panel. Tried door switch first, a $30 part. Installed new door switch and washer started right up and appears to be fixed. Have not tried full wash cycle yet, but problem appears to be fixed. I decided to buy part from AppliancePartsPros.com because I could return the part if it did not correct the problem, no one else offered such a deal.
