Ordered tracks and adjusters via chat. Adjusters were not needed so I returned them. The repair was very easy. Had to slide out the dishwasher and remove four screws holding each track. Installed new tracks and put dishwasher back in place. Read more

Replaced food grinder and heating element. Screen in food grinder was more than 50% blocked due to broken grinder. Heating element was not working after something had fallen and melted onto it, breaking ceramic coating. Videos were very helpful. Read more

I had ordered several parts from Appliance Pros and installed parts that did not solve the problem. Return the parts and was going to give up. I watched the appliancepartspros.com video to make sure I had identified the right part before I ordered it. After receiving the part, it was easy — the part itself twisted off without tools (pliers were helpful to remove and reattach the drain hose), and I was able to complete the repair without pulling the dishwasher out from under the counter. Had to unscrew the axel bolt & remove broken plastic wheel & replace it with the new plastic wheel. Easy fix. Then install newly repaired dish washer. Read more

I wrote down the model and serial # of the unit. I went on line to Appliance Parts Pros, and entered the data. Up popped a schematic with the part clearly numbered. I had a problem with the drain pump on my Kenmore HE3 and I replaced it using a drain pump I ordered from APP. That fixed that problem but once I started running the washer I started getting a FH error code. I looked it up and found that it was a problem with the washer not filling properly. I pulled the washer out and found that one of the fill hoses had kinked when I pushed the washer back in place. There was also some writing on the hose that read "Change hose every five years". Based on feedback found on the internet, I knew it was either the control panel or control board. Ordered both and it turns out I only needed to replace the control panel. Really easy fix. Turned off the power, unscrewed the top 6 screws to open up the control panel. Removed the cover and disconnected the ribbon cable.
