Noticed that the ice level LED was off then removed the ice maker and checked voltage into the ice maker module (L n' V) and didn't get power. Checked continuity on the black wire (fuse) and found it ok. Checked the parts at AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered them. Came back once got the parts. I purchased replacement parts to completely replace basket, face plate, and rollers. I received exactly what I ordered. The only problem I had was removing the part(s) from the shipping box. I thought the part came assembled (as rollers had been installed onto the basket), but the face plate had not been snapped into place. Submitted September 7, 2014 On my 1993 (mfg. date) Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, the shelf endcaps on the inside of the refrigerator door were broken. The endcaps (paired) are the plastic pieces that attach each shelf's horizontal metal strip to the door. The horizontal strip acts as a retainer to keep items from falling off the shelf.
