Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. Still got warnings for SUDS and repeated F02 errors. Ordered parts and replaced the pump, tub-to-pump hose, interior drain hose and exterior drain hose (both hoses has some slime build up). Researched, then decided to try everything suggested. Cleaned the hidden filter under the washer, checked the lines and the water inlet valves, opened it up and found a hose rubbed thin because it wasn't clipped correctly during the manufacturing process. Replaced the inlet valve, pressure sensor and the thinned tube (all parts except the hose from appliance parts pros.com-had to get the hose at the car parts store). I drilled old lock out and installed new lock box. This was the info your Tech had given me and as always your Techs are on top of all situations. This took about 15 minutes and it's back collecting money. Thanks for such quick and reliable service. Tub bearing failure, basically the whole machine has to be taken a part. I've used appliancepartspros in the past so I came back. Quick shipping, parts ordered Thursday night and got here Monday. Take your time or you'll just cost yourself more money. I was lucky in that I did not have to buy the $568 inner tub because I found a bearing and seal kit on Amazon for $80. My wife noticed that our washing machine was making a terrible rumbling noise and seemed to be out of balance all of the time. My Kenmore washer had three problems and thanks to AppliancePartsPros.com videos I was able to repair all three. The washer coupler was defective so I replaced it. This topok about 30 minutes. The washer lid switch was defective. This took about an hour. Finally, the motor was defective.
