Suspension pad kit absorbs vibration and reduces movement in your washer tub. Replace worn, cracked, or missing pads to restore stability during operation.
First went through the troubleshooting guide on the website and read the various stories and watched the repair videos for replacing the springs and suspension pads. Then before ordering any parts disassembled the machine only to the point of removing the cabinet to see if there were any obvious issues. The springs appeared OK but I couldn't tell of they were fatigued or not and all were in place but the tub suspension pads were definitely worn out. I then put the machine back together and went... Agitator barely moving or not churning clothes? This lower agitator fixes worn splines causing poor washing. DIY repair typically takes 5-10 minutes.
I had to replace the drive shaft and the lower agitator. The motor coupling was also worn out. The repair was challenging because I had to rebuild the gear box. This step was really messy and I had to wait for the liquid gasket to set prior to completing the repair. Cleaning and prep of all of the parts tripled the repair time. Read more

Washer won't start or door won't latch? This door lock switch assembly detects if the door is closed. DIY-friendly repair with video guide included.
The washing machine would allow you to program it, and all the lights on the control panel would light up, but pressing start did nothing. I tried putting the washer in diagnostic mode, but was unable to do so. The machine was not showing any fault code. I originally thought it was a problem with the 'Start' button and I thought that I'd buy a replacement part from the original seller of the washer. I was told by the 'live help chat person' that the problem was likely in the washer user... Read more
Prevents water leaks around the transmission shaft in your washer. Replace if you notice water on the floor or oil seepage. Confirm fit with your model.
In reality, this turned into a full-on rebuild project - with several parts orders, not just a simple repair. But I have to give credit: The parts listings with pictures on the AppliancePartsPros web site were really useful in figuring out what was going on inside the machine, and what parts I would need. Also: The repair videos were critical for me to be able to ensure I was reassembling everything correctly. Shout out to Simon, who was featured in several of the repair videos. His "gorgeous... Ordered the valve body from Appliance Parts Pro. It was very easy to find the part on their website. Ordering was simple. The part actually got here the next day. Hinge pin bushing for front-load washers. Provides a pivot point for the door hinge. Replace if worn, cracked, or causing the door to drop or sag.
I ordered the new hinge and the cap they said would be needed, took the door apart and installed new hinge. Only problem, wish they told me I needed 4 of the caps, for one hinge and each cap was 11.95 x 4...pretty spendy. Fortunately I was able to reuse 3 of my worn ones for now. Read more

Did lots of internet research. Narrowed problem down to three things - door lock latch, control unit, and motor control unit. Fix F06 E01/E02 error codes or washer that won't spin or fill. Direct plug-in replacement takes 30-45 minutes with basic tools. Includes video guide.
The washer would try to start. The door would lock, but then would get stuck in the phase of start-up where the drum needs to roll around (I assume so it knows what's in there). It would sit and think about it for a couple minutes and then give the error codes. I shut it off (sometimes had to unplug it and plug it back in), and it would take about 10 minutes for the door to unlock. After reading about fixes, I decided to dive in and try it (the washer is only 3 years old and I'm pretty... Read more
