The Door Handle is an OEM component specifically designed for Bosch dishwashers. This handle allows for smooth, intuitive opening and closing of the dishwasher door. Over time, door handles can become worn, loose, or damaged through repeated use. The stress of opening and closing puts strain on this high-touch point.
Causes of a faulty door handle include cracks, breaks or looseness caused by excessive force or impact. Normal wear and tear over thousands of uses can also degrade plastic and mechanics.
Symptoms of a bad door handle include:
- Difficulty opening or closing the door
- The handle wobbling or coming loose from the assembly
- Cracks or splits in the plastic casing
- Improper alignment preventing full closure of the door seal
This part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and some Kenmore models.
